The Ethical Slut Presents: Navigating Consent

Join Dossie Easton, MsWillowKat, and their team of dedicated and compassionate educators for our Eleventh Round of The Ethical Slut Presents: Navigating Consent Series.

We are offering twelve highly interactive classes to the community, teaching about supporting sexual diversity, consent, collaboration, cooperation, and how to make safe spaces and protect yourselves and each other.

Six of these classes will be offered to people who have been violated or fear violation, the other six for those who have or fear they might violate. Each series of classes will be offered separately over six consecutive weeks. 

The goal is to move forward from wherever we may be today into a safer, saner, sexier, and more consensual future.

We are excited to continue to share this unique series with our friends across the country and around the world. Zoom has been more successful than we first imagined it would be and we plan to have at least one round of classes online each year. We would like to offer the series in person again in San Francisco. Many of our teaching team are in other parts of the country so logistics are a bit tricky. Keep your eyes open for more information on our progress moving back to being in-person.

To our participants from earlier rounds: we are grateful for the work you’ve done with us. You are welcome to join us again, either to make up a classes you missed or to repeat the full series. Repeating the series, we have heard, often has new insight and experiences to offer.

If you have taken one of the tracks and are interested in taking the other side of the series, contact the teaching staff and we will discuss that possibility.

Our Eleventh Round of classes will be starting Summer 2024 - online via Zoom. Time and Date will be announced.

The Navigating Consent series consists of two paths of six classes each:

  • Honoring Others' Consent: About Transgressing
  • Claiming Your Consent: About Surviving

Sign up for the full series of six classes or come for the classes you are able.

Time & Dates:

Classes in the two series will be offered in consecutive, separate, six week blocks. Classes will be about 2 1/2 hours, online via Zoom.

Participants can come to one class, the full series or whichever classes they are able. Signups will remain open throughout the series. 

Pre-registration is Required. The registration form will be available soon. You will receive the program link and password with your registration information.

Cost:   $20-$50 per class.
